1. Preparation for Container Loading

●Loading Plan: A detailed loading plan is developed based on the weight, volume, and loading sequence of the cargo, ensuring stable stacking to avoid overloading or unbalanced loading.

2. Cargo Container Loading Process
●Piece-by-Piece Handling: All cargo is transported into the container piece by piece using forklifts or manual labor. Heavy items are placed at the bottom, with lighter items on top, ensuring a balanced center of gravity for transport safety.

●Securing and Fixing: After loading, cargo is secured using straps, wooden wedges, and fillers to prevent movement or tipping during transit.
●Sealing: Once loading is complete, the container doors are checked to ensure they are properly closed. The container is sealed with a numbered seal, which is recorded to ensure security and prevent theft during transit.

3. Vehicle Loading Process
●Vehicle Inspection: The vehicle’s load capacity and condition are checked to ensure there are no sharp objects or damages, and that the cargo compartment meets transportation requirements.
