Inspection Process Record

To ensure product quality meets customer requirements, we strictly follow the inspection sequence outlined below, recording each step to guarantee reliable quality before delivery.

  1. Unpacking the Overall Packaging
    ●Purpose: To check whether the external packaging is damaged or shows any abnormalities during transportation.
    ●Process: Carefully unpack the external packaging to avoid secondary damage to the product. Simultaneously, count the items inside the package to ensure nothing is missing.
  2. 2. Appearance Inspection
    ●Purpose: To confirm whether the product surface has scratches, dents, stains, or other visible defects.
    ●Process: Inspect the product appearance visually, item by item, and use white gloves to lightly touch the surface to verify smoothness and cleanliness. Record any abnormalities observed.

3. Length and Width Measurement
●Purpose: To ensure the product dimensions meet customer specifications.
●Process: Use a high-precision tape measure or measuring tool to measure the length and width of the product in sequence. Record each measurement and compare it against the customer's specified tolerance range.

4. Thickness Measurement
●Purpose: To ensure uniform thickness and compliance with standard requirements.
●Process: Use a specialized thickness gauge to measure the product thickness at multiple points. Record the results, with particular attention to whether the thickness falls within the specified tolerance range.
5. Film Removal
●Purpose: To facilitate subsequent flatness and quality inspections while checking for defects beneath the protective film.
●Process: Carefully remove the protective film to avoid damaging the product surface. After film removal, perform a visual inspection again to ensure no scratches or oxidation marks are present.

6. Flatness Measurement
●Purpose: To ensure the product surface is flat, without warping or deformation, and meets the flatness standards.
●Process: Place the product on a flat platform and use professional measuring tools (e.g., feeler gauge or straightedge) to test flatness. Record deviation values and mark any areas with abnormalities.

By following the above inspection steps, we ensure that the product's appearance, dimensions, thickness, and flatness meet customer requirements, providing a reliable guarantee for subsequent use.
